ACG Airconditioning & Electrical was engaged to deliver the electrical services package for a new office and workshop facility in Roseneath, North Queensland.

The project involved the installation of a complete electrical infrastructure package to support a purpose-built commercial and industrial facility, including office areas, workshop operations, external site services, communications, lighting, mechanical power supplies, security infrastructure and switchboards.

Scope of Works

ACG’s electrical package included the installation and coordination of:
  • Main switchboard and distribution boards infrastructure
  • Site electrical reticulation and underground conduit
  • Power supplies to office, workshop and external areas
  • Workshop power supplies, including three-phase outlets and equipment connections
  • Lighting installation across office, workshop, amenities, external and site areas
  • Emergency and exit lighting systems
  • Data outlets and communications rack
  • Security system
  • Mechanical services power supplies
  • External lighting and site services
  • Testing, commissioning and handover documentation

Project Delivery

This project required careful coordination between the builder, electrical design consultant, equipment suppliers, mechanical trade, communications infrastructure and site services.

ACG delivered the works with a strong focus on compliant installation, practical buildability and long-term asset performance.
